Site owner

Paddock 365 is a personal project with no commercial activity: no advertising, no affiliate links, no sponsors, no subscriptions, no donations and no other source of income. Ticket links point to each championship's official site and earn no commission.

Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 requires the owner's name, tax ID and address to be published, but it imposes that on information society service providers, meaning those carrying out an economic activity. As there is none here, those details are not published and a direct contact channel is given instead.

Should the site ever add advertising, affiliate links or any other income, it would fall under article 10 and the owner's name, tax ID and address would then be published.

What this site is

Paddock 365 is a motorsport calendar. It gathers the dates and session times published by the championships themselves and converts them automatically to the visitor's own time zone.

Access is free and open. No sign-up and no personal details are needed to browse any part of the site.

Accuracy of the times

Times come from each championship's official sources and change often: a race can be brought forward, delayed, cancelled or moved to a different broadcaster without notice, and some events are published before their time is confirmed, which the site states explicitly.

Care is taken to keep the information current, but it is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete at all times. Before booking travel or tickets, check the figure against the championship's own source.

Trade marks and intellectual property

The names of championships, Grands Prix, circuits, teams and broadcasters are trade marks of their respective owners. They appear here for the sole purpose of identifying each competition, an informational use covered by the right of quotation.

Paddock 365 is not associated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of those owners, nor by the FIA, nor by the promoters of the championships it lists.

The design, original text and code of the site belong to its owner. The calendar data, by contrast, is factual information and no exclusivity is claimed over it.

Links to other sites

Some entries link to official ticket sales or to a championship's own website. Those sites are third parties with their own terms and privacy policies; the owner of this site is not responsible for their content or for what happens on them.

Use of the site

Visitors agree not to use the site in ways that could damage it, overload it or prevent others from using it normally, and not to attempt to access restricted parts of the systems that run it.

Liability

The site is provided as is. It is not guaranteed to be available without interruption or free of errors, and no liability is accepted for damages arising from its use, from the service being unavailable, or from inaccuracies in the published times.

Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
